Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, company name, business type, and zip code. This information is used to create your workspace and personalize your dashboard.
Business performance data
PPC TNT connects to your ad platforms, CRM tools, call tracking systems, and ecommerce stores to retrieve business metrics. This includes:
API credentials
To connect third-party services, you provide API keys, access tokens, and similar credentials. These are stored encrypted and used solely to retrieve your business data on your behalf.
Usage data
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for security monitoring and service improvement.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. API credentials are stored encrypted. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.
We implement industry-standard security practices including access controls, rate limiting, and regular security reviews.

If you connect a Shopify store, PPC TNT requests read access to your orders only. We retrieve order records to calculate revenue, profit, and ROAS for your dashboard.
PPC TNT does not store personal customer data from Shopify beyond what is needed for revenue reporting (order totals and dates). We do not retain individual customer identities, addresses, or payment details.
We comply with Shopify's GDPR requirements. If a shop is uninstalled or requests data deletion, we remove all associated records from our database. For Shopify compliance inquiries, contact us at support@ppctnt.com.
PPC TNT handles customer phone numbers from your CRM and call tracking systems for the sole purpose of matching inbound calls to paid jobs. Phone numbers are stored as part of job and call records tied to your workspace. We do not use them for marketing or profiling.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your workspace data within 30 days upon request.

PPC TNT uses session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
PPC TNT is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
