Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion: email support@ppctnt.com from the email address on your PPC TNT account, with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us whether you want your Meta data only or your entire account deleted. We confirm within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

This page explains how to have the data PPC TNT ("PPC TNT", "we", "us") holds about you deleted, including any data we received from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you connected a Meta ad account to PPC TNT. It is the data deletion instructions page referenced by our Meta app configuration, and it complements our Privacy Policy.

1. What Meta data we hold

PPC TNT only receives Meta data for ad accounts you connect yourself, and only what is needed to report on your advertising. Depending on which features you use, that can include:

We never receive or store your Meta password, and we do not sell any of this data. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

2. Delete your Meta data

Two steps — the first stops any further access, the second removes what we already stored.

Step 1 — Revoke PPC TNT's access on Meta

Revoking access stops all further syncing immediately. It does not, on its own, erase data we already synced — that is step 2.

Step 2 — Ask us to delete what we stored

  1. Email support@ppctnt.com from your PPC TNT account email, with the subject Meta data deletion request.
  2. Include your workspace name and the Meta ad account ID (the number, without the act_ prefix).
  3. We delete the stored connection credentials and every Meta-derived record for that workspace — spend, campaign and ad metrics, creative, and any exported ad comments — then email you a confirmation.

You can also reconnect a different Meta ad account at any time from app.ppctnt.com/vendors under Ad Platforms; saving a new connection replaces the stored credentials for that workspace.

3. Delete your entire PPC TNT account

To remove everything rather than just the Meta connection, email support@ppctnt.com with the subject Account deletion request and your account email and workspace name(s). We delete:

Agency-managed workspaces: if your workspace was created for you by an agency, the agency owner controls it. Either the agency owner requests the deletion, or we contact them to confirm before removing a workspace they own.

4. What happens after you ask

5. What we may keep

A small amount of data can outlive a deletion request, where the law requires it or we need it to protect the Service:
