Five9 is a call source for PPC TNT's built-in call tracking, not a CRM. Your agents already decide which calls were real work when they set a disposition โ Five9 hands PPC TNT that decision, and PPC TNT uploads those calls to Google Ads as conversions keyed by the click that produced them.
What syncs
The disposition your agent sets is your own definition of a qualified call. PPC TNT reads it and converts on it โ nothing else.
Matched against the pool number the visitor was shown, which is how a call gets tied back to a specific Google Ads click.
Available as an extra filter that can narrow a qualifying disposition โ never widen one.
PPC TNT pulls a Five9 report on a schedule rather than waiting on a webhook, so historical calls arrive too.
Setup
Five9 is configured per tracking pool, because different campaigns can qualify on different dispositions.
Under Vendors โ Call Tracking, add the Five9 username and password PPC TNT should use to run reports.
Give the report's folder and name. PPC TNT looks under Shared Reports and Standard Reports and tells you which one resolved.
Name the dispositions that mean "this was a real lead". Until you do, the pool uploads nothing โ see the note below.
Click Verify report columns before going live. It runs the report read-only and shows the real header row, which labels resolved, and sample rows โ so a renamed column is caught now rather than after a week of silent failures.
Common workflows
Google optimizes toward whatever you tell it a conversion is. Feeding it your dispositions rather than "the phone rang for 60 seconds" is the difference between chasing leads and chasing ring time.
The pool's call log shows each call with its raw click id over a date range, and downloads as CSV, so you can match a real gclid against Google Ads yourself.
Pools can mail an attributed-call report for a date range to the recipients configured on the pool. On demand, and the emailed file deliberately leaves out click ids and landing URLs.
Duplicate pool copies the Five9 folder, report name and disposition list to a new pool, so a second campaign is a rename rather than a re-entry.
Let your agents' dispositions decide what Google bids toward. Full walkthrough lives in the call tracking guide.
