Required fields

All credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and never displayed in plain text after saving.

API Key
CallRail → Settings (gear icon) → API Access → Create API Key. Name it anything and copy the key.
Account ID
CallRail → Settings → API Access. Your Account ID is shown at the top of that page, or visible in the URL.
Company ID (optional)
Agency only — leave blank for a single-client CallRail account. For agencies: Settings → Companies → click the company → copy the ID from the URL.
