Pulls paid invoices directly from QuickBooks Online. Useful when your field-service software doesn't have a direct integration but you invoice through QuickBooks.
What syncs
Paid invoice totals become your monthly Revenue, regardless of source CRM.

Direct OAuth integration with QuickBooks Online (Intuit). Desktop QB not currently supported.
Setup
Click "Connect with QuickBooks", sign in to Intuit, approve access — that's the whole setup. There is no Intuit developer app to register and nothing to paste. Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and never displayed in plain text after saving.
Go to app.ppctnt.com/vendors and find the QuickBooks card.
You're sent to Intuit's secure authorization screen. Approve access and you land back in PPC TNT connected.
Access tokens are short-lived, so a fresh one is minted from your refresh token on every sync — nothing to rotate by hand. Reconnect or disconnect anytime from the same card.
Advanced: bring your own Intuit app. If you need the connection to run through your own Intuit developer app, the manual path is still there — Client ID, Client Secret, Refresh Token and Company ID (Realm ID), entered under Advanced on the same card. Most accounts should not use this; "Connect with QuickBooks" fills all four in automatically.
Common workflows
If your CRM doesn't track revenue accurately, QuickBooks paid invoices are the source of truth.
Paid invoices + Google Ads spend = monthly P&L, even without a connected CRM.
